We manage the entire production process in house at our factory in Laverton North, Victoria, from initial concept and design right through to manufacture and delivery. Our capabilities cover everything from plain brown shippers to full colour branded retail cartons, off the shelf stock solutions to fully bespoke custom designs, and single one-off samples to large scale production runs. Our factory capacity is unlimited and we can manufacture any quantity of cartons required.

Imperial Cartons is a family business with over three decades of hands-on expertise in corrugated cardboard packaging. Every carton we make is manufactured right here in Melbourne, removing the middle-man and lengthy lead times often associated with off-shore options.

The scale of what is possible on site might surprise you. Our machinery can handle any corrugated sheet length that can be produced in Melbourne. At the same time, we have no minimum order quantities (MOQs), so whether you need a single sample or a full production run, we are ready to help.

We maintain a broad range of stock cartons available for immediate purchase. For businesses that need packaging quickly and without the lead time of a custom order, our stock range is ready to go. Cartons can be picked up from our Laverton North factory or delivered depending on your location.
